As part of our comprehensive service to our patients, our Treatment Coordinators are here to help you make educated decisions about your dental treatment. You will meet them at your initial visit to our office, and they are always there to answer any questions you may have.
They provide many services to our patients, such as explaining procedures, pros and cons of treatments, scheduling appointments, providing estimates for treatment, sending copies to insurance companies, and discussing fees and payment options.
As they are also trained Certified Dental Assistants, you may see them working in the operatory alone, or assisting the dentists from time to time.
Colleen has been a team member since 2000, and graduated from George Brown College as a CDA in 1987. She returned to Seneca College in 1996 to upgrade her skills to Preventive Dental Assistant.
Casey graduated from Georgian College in 2005 as a Level II CDA, which enables her to do what a PDA can plus many other duties for the dentist during restorative procedures. Casey joined us in spring of 2007, and is a valued multi-tasking member of our team. |
